I recently went through the house hunting process and was able to use Matt's (Bull's Eye) inspection services twice with in 3 days due to how things fell in to place!
One of the first things my realtor and I noticed was his pro-activeness to climb up on to the roof to investigate the condition of the roof, gutters, chimney. My realtor and I both agreed that we've never seen someone go up to the roof for an inspection as readily as he did.
His attention to detail results in an extremely thorough report. It help provide me a comprehensive to-do list for the home once we moved in as well as negotiating power to help receive more credit from the sellers to help take care of top priority fixes/updates.
After we closed, we had an electrician come in for all of the electrical needs.. He used the report Matt produced as his main road map to understand how to best get the home updated and up to code. The electrician, who has been in business for 35 years and counting, stated that the inspector did a such thorough job with his findings on the electrical systems in the home and was impressed with all the recommendations he made since they were all spot on and aligned with what he would've suggested!
His knowledge about all the intricacies of home maintenance and home care was astounding! I have recommended Matt to 2 other potential home buyers in the past month and I am 100% confident that he would be able to excel at their respective inspections as he did with mine.
